If you try to log in to BlueDot Email and get an Account Suspended message or if you receive an email about account suspension from the support team, you are no longer able to use the BlueDot Email platform.
Our compliance team ensures that the BlueDot Email platform is reliable and free from abuse of our terms. If your unusual activity violates the spam policy and you still send a spam campaign after receiving a red flag, your account will be permanently suspended.
Once your account is suspended, you will receive an email from BlueDot Email. If your account is suspended, you can contact support@bluedotemail.com. We will let you know the solution.
