BlueDot email will never charge you additionally when you exceed your limit. You can buy an add-on as per your plan according to your requirement.
You can pause your subscription at any time. To pause your paid account, please log in, and click on User Profile by hovering over the right side of the profile icon. Then, please scroll down to the Cancel subscription button and click on it. You can still use your paid features on the plan’s remaining days when you cancel your subscription.
You can switch to a new plan at any time, whether it’s an upgrade or downgrade. When you upgrade your paid plan, you will be charged only for the remaining days of your next billing date, and upgraded plan features will effect immediately.
