Get Started with Custom Forms and Survey

Follow these steps to create forms and Survey:

• Login to your Bluedot Email account
• On the menu bar, select Templates 
• Next, select Forms
• Lastly, click on New Form.

Once you’re on the form editor page, you can create custom forms that contain text boxes, dropdowns, and more. You can choose to embed your forms on your website, add it to the Bluedot Email landing page template, or share it with your customers and contacts via email. Bluedot’s form builder will help generate leads and sales.
