How do I reactivate my account?

If your account is flagged or suspended due to unusual activity, you can contact suppport@bluedotemail.com or reply to the email you received regarding your account status.

 

You will need to have access to the email address you use to sign in. If you can’t remember your password, you can ask for another one. If you forget the email address associated with your account, contact the support team to get a solution.
