Why is my account marked as flagged?

To avoid being regarded as spam by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), your campaign must meet BlueDot Email’s policy. In an effort to help, we, as your email service provider (ESP), have reviewed your first campaign to prevent you from sending spam-triggered campaigns. 

 

As an all-in-one email marketing platform, BlueDot Email provides the best platform possible. However, we flag your account if you try to send a spammy campaign or use spam trigger words.

 

When your account flag is red, you can still use all the features, but you cannot send a campaign until you reverify your account by contacting the BlueDot Email support team. 

 

To prevent your account from being flagged or suspend, you must keep your recipient list, templates, and campaign clean.
