What happens if I go over my contacts or email send limit?

Unlike other companies, we do not charge extra if you exceed the limit. It’s your choice to pay according to your business needs. BlueDot Email provides four plans, each of which has an email sending limit and contact customization option. 

 

When you exceed your contact limit, you have the option of upgrading your contact limit or plan. In addition, BlueDot Email suggests that you keep your contact list clean by removing unsubscribed and bounced emails.

 

If you exceed your email sending limit, you can buy an add-on for the current month. This means you have an option as to whether to buy an add-on or upgrade your account.
